• Proven experience in the Door, Frames, & Hardware industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the phone, in-person, and electronically.
• Estimate product pricing for customer projects.
• Prepare job‑specific submittals for approval.
• Enter orders, quotes and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate product sourcing & arrival.
• Identify opportunities and grow business.
• Gain a strong working knowledge of the company’s product offering.
• Interpret detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed submittals/drawings for customer approval.
• Manage, detail, and order material for various projects.
• Support and assist branch personnel, customers, architects, and vendors.
