The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda seeks a Donor Services Coordinator to provide a donor-centered experience, supporting fundraising strategies, receipting gifts, and sending thank-you letters. You will handle financial reconciliation, generate reports, manage expenses, and support the national monthly giving program.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in donor relations or customer service, strong data accuracy, and advanced MS Office skills.

The Donor Services Coordinator provides a donor-centered experience for all supporters of The Salvation Army and supports the successful fundraising strategies with the development team by receipting gifts and sending thank you letters; financial reconciliation, generating reports, managing expenses, managing the national monthly giving program and supporting the areas of annual, major, and planned giving.
The target hiring range for this position is $52,811.20 to $65,998.40 with a maximum of $79,206.40. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
