Main Street Project seeks a Donations & Clothing Store Coordinator to run the donation room and free clothing store. You will manage donations, sorting, inventory, care packages, and volunteer support, while building relationships with donors and MSP programs.
Responsibilities include operating donation drives, stocking the clothing store, organizing appointment systems, and coordinating with caseworkers to support shopping appointments. A community-minded, organized leader is ideal.

Main Street Project (MSP) is a community health Centre with a mandate to address the social determinants of health which give rise to issues of addiction, physical and mental health issues and homelessness. MSP uses housing-first and harm reduction principles in the provision of a safe, respectful and accessible place for individuals who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in the community. Since 1972, MSP has been providing a range of services to Winnipeg's most marginalized residents, including emergency shelter and nutrition services, drug and alcohol withdrawal management services, health advocacy and support, case management services, housing support services, food bank services and a mobile community outreach program.

The Donations & Clothing Store Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operation of Main Street Project’s Donation Room and Free Clothing Store. This position oversees donation intake, sorting, inventory, care packages, participant shopping appointments, and volunteer support. The role also supports donation drives and special initiatives. The Coordinator builds and maintains relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and MSP programs to support donation and clothing needs.
