Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Alberta is seeking a Store Donation Attendant to join our Chinook Glenmore location. This full-time, on-site role handles donor reception, sorting at the donation area, and aiding with truck loading/unloading while maintaining a welcoming space for customers and volunteers.

The position is hourly and temporary for a 6-month term. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, be at least 15 years old, and eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum age of 15 or older.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical work on a continual basis.
• Deliver amazing customer service to Goodwill customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming donors to Goodwill and assisting them with donations.
• Sorting donations into designated bins once the donor has left.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of Goodwill transportation trucks.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting Donation area for all customers and team members.
