Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow document control processes and track project documents.
• Maintain project records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Upload and distribute technical documents to stakeholders.
• Notify Project Manager of revisions and access methods.
• Support project managers with progress tracking and reporting.
• Develop document management processes and best practices.
• Provide QA functions: review quality documentation and audits.
• Liaise with internal and external parties during audits.
• Manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Report quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
