This role is responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams within the Department of National Defense (DND) and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical programs are executed with precision, innovation, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications
Education

Lead Docking Work Period Initiatives: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure maintenance and sustainment programs are delivered efficiently and aligned with strategic objectives.

Analyze and Support Engineering Changes: Review technical modifications for impact on naval systems and documentation; provide guidance to ensure proper implementation.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline planning and execution of docking work periods, reducing timelines while maintaining operational readiness.

Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison with DND, shipyards, and industry partners to promote transparency and shared goals.

Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain technical publications, reports, and records to support compliance and informed decision‑making.
