Job description

We're seeking a dynamic Dock Worker / Forklift Operator to join our client's freight and logistics team in Edmonton.

As a Dock Worker / Forklift Operator, you'll operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, cranes, and conveyors, while managing, sorting, and storing inventory.

What We Offer :
  • Salary : $23 per hour
  • Job Type : Temporary
  • Shift : Morning and evening (AM and PM)
  • Benefits : Health Benefit available at a reduced cost
What You'll Do :
  • Offload goods using assigned machines and equipment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operating and maintaining equipment.
  • Communicate and perform assigned tasks while maintaining proper safety conditions.
What We're Looking For :
  • Must possess a forklift operator license and have previous forklift experience.
  • Must have dock and LTL (Less than Truckload) experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform proper handling techniques.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Able to work night and weekend shifts.
  • Must possess CSA approved steel toe shoes.
