Job summary

CarQuest Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert DIY automotive support in a fast-paced store environment.

You will combine retail selling skills with strong knowledge of automotive systems to resolve issues, source parts, and assist customers in person, online, or by phone. The role requires ASE certification where possible, 3–5 years of parts experience, and the ability to operate inventory and POS systems while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS3 selling experience for all DIY customers including walk-in, online orders and phone.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including testing, battery installation, wiper installs.
• Assist in store inventory processes including POGs, truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Back up to professional services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting.
