The ERA is seeking a bright, adaptive, curious, and motivated individual to join our Energy Markets Division as a Divisional Business Coordinator. This is a new role, initially as a fixed-term contract with the possibility for extension or permanency, to support our growing Division and the management team.
In the role of Divisional Business Coordinator, you will work closely with the divisional management team and senior executives to achieve divisional and organisational objectives by supporting critical administrative activities, governance tasks and providing tactical project management support. This could include a diverse range of tasks, such as:
You will be working with a passionate team who are committed to ensuring we remain a proactive and effective regulator. You will learn about what goes into keeping the lights on from Geraldton, out to Kalgoorlie, across the greater Perth Metropolitan area and down the south of the state. Develop your people management skills through supervising a Business Support Officer (Level 3) who plays a key role in ensuring the Division operates smoothly through efficient management of diverse administrative tasks.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to support the delivery of divisional objectives and have a strong willingness to adapt to changing workflows and competing operational demands.
