*Bar Reyna* is back, and busier than ever. Located in the heart of Yorkville, we are known for elevated Mediterranean-inspired dining, standout cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere that draws a loyal crowd.

We are looking for a Front of House Manager who is passionate about service, confident leading a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows how to own the floor, lead a strong service team and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FOH operations and ensure smooth, consistent service during all shifts
  • Hire, train, and motivate a high‑performing service team
  • Foster a positive, accountable culture with a strong focus on guest experience
  • Monitor and manage labour and scheduling to meet targets
  • Work closely with the Sr. Management to align service and operations
  • Oversee floor flow, guest satisfaction, and conflict resolution in real time
  • Ensure opening, closing, and service standards are consistently met
  • Weekly FOH inventory control, ordering, and cost oversight
  • Maintain Food Safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • 3‑5+ years of FOH leadership experience in upscale casual or premium dining
  • Strong understanding of labour management, scheduling, and cost control
  • Confident leadership with excellent communication skills
  • Solid working knowledge of tools like Toast, OpenTable, Push, Tripleseat, and/or similar systems
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail‑oriented
  • Team‑first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Food Safety certificate and knowledge
