Overview

Aquifer Distribution Ltd., a high‑end plumbing fixture, shower, bathtub, toilet, vanity and fireplace distributor headquartered in Saskatoon, SK, is seeking a Showroom Manager for the Regina branch of its luxury brand Flo‑Essence Plumbing, Hearth and Décor. The role involves leading the showroom, engaging diverse customers, showcasing high‑end products, and driving sales in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming showroom visitors and directing them to the appropriate individual
  • Assisting retail customers in the showroom with product selection and information
  • Placing in‑person or phoned‑in customer orders, retrieving product, and arranging for shipping if required
  • Submitting quotes or RFP responses to potential customers where possible
  • Making sales calls or contacting assigned customers on a regular schedule and completing reporting as required; some travel may be required
  • Communicating, investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues with management as they come up in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting/backing up the warehouse and picking orders as required
  • Completing required paperwork and reporting
  • Talking with customers and providing a high level of customer service
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the sales team, covering responsibilities and customers, working together to achieve revenue and margin targets and to grow and expand the business
  • Additional duties may be assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum grade 12 graduate
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Valid driver’s license required
