Front of House Manager

Hours of Operations: 7 am – 3 pm

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a thorough understanding of restaurant management practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, serving techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records using POS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
