Timber Café is hiring for: Café Manager. Our well-established Café located inside Home Hardware Lloydminster is looking to hire a Café Manager.

The Café Manager is responsible for leading our fun and friendly team with a strong focus on quality and working with a sense of purpose and urgency. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge, and is a stickler for doing things the right way, every day. Our customers come for our relaxing, stress-free environment, and our aim is to delight them with every experience.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen/café, including:

• Training, development, and management of employees
• Manage all aspects of food purchasing, storage, preparation, and service
• Front of house operations
• Ensuring our guests feel welcome and taken care of and our team members supported and encouraged
• Maintaining quality and performance standards are met while fostering a positive workplace culture
