Overview

As a Cafe Manager, your Rosso store will be an important part of the local community. You'll oversee store operations, including staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, security and safety, and you will lead a team committed to creating a welcoming environment.

Key Job Functions
  • Reports directly to District Manager and collaborates with owners.
  • Maintain Rosso standards in customer service, quality control, food safety, and store cleanliness.
  • Ensure sales goals are met.
  • Lead, delegate, motivate, and guide the team to accomplish store goals and company objectives.
  • Foster a customer-first attitude and deliver legendary customer service.
  • Act as liaison between store staff and corporate.
Responsibilities
  • Opening and closing procedures.
  • Hiring/firing; training new and existing staff.
  • Creating store schedules on time and in line with salary budgets.
  • Placing store orders and ensuring items are properly stocked.
  • Conducting staff evaluations, disciplinary actions, and testing where applicable.
  • Delivering daily feedback on store performance and operations.
  • Communicating company direction clearly to the store team.
  • Promoting customer feedback.
