Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a District Sales Representative for the Delta, BC territory. You will drive sales, manage customer accounts, and promote new products, while ensuring service and quality standards are met.

This role emphasizes commission-based earning and partnership with clients. Successful candidates will have 3+ years in food service sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food service sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and expand the customer base in the Surrey and Langley areas.
• Own profitability of the territory, using available tools to meet service and quality goals.
• Act as a business partner to customer accounts and help them grow their business.
• Promote new products and market trends to customers.
• Review territory reports, budgets and plans, and set product targets for accounts.
• Coordinate with DSM and other departments to ensure contract consistency and satisfaction.
