What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve Canadian sales objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Life Science Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience
- At least 3 years of management experience in the life sciences sector
- Proven track record in capital sales and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genotyping
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes and maintain customer relationships

- Experience in consultative and strategic selling within multi-layered environments
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM database management and sales forecasting tools
