District Sales Manager – VHCS

We are looking to employ a hard‑working, sales‑driven District Sales Manager for Atlantic Canada to manage sales operations within an assigned district and ensure company sales goals are achieved.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of account and key account managers.
  • Recruit, train and lead a group of sales professionals in the field, expecting 3 days per week on the road.
  • Build and sustain solid relationships with customers, including support of client reviews and contract resignations.
  • Support launch and provide regular feedback to the regional sales manager on marketing and product development needs and pricing recommendations.
  • Develop and manage effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.
  • Conduct and manage employee performance evaluations.
  • Research and monitor market trends, competitors’ sales activities and consumer needs.
  • Complete sales reports and submit them to upper management for review, including sales forecasting.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of company products and services.
Total Rewards

CAD $86,200.00 – $118,800.00 annually. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Eight years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking and consultative sales skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Frequent business travel required (+25%).
