District Operations Manager – Montreal

We are seeking a District Operations Manager located in Montreal.

Reporting to the General Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the organizational efficiency of stores in terms of compliance with NAPA's customer service standards, achieving financial goals, and supporting the district's sales development efforts.

You will work in collaboration with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Achieving district goals such as gross margins, customer service levels, and ensuring corporate stores comply with NAPA's operating standards and procedures;
  • Coordinating the implementation of strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate stores;
  • Supporting store managers in budget development, performance monitoring, and report production.
Qualifications

To join our team, you need, among other things:

  • A degree in business administration and / or 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem‑solving;
  • Bilingualism in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with colleagues / clients across Canada.
