You will provide coaching and mentoring to Store Leadership Teams in a way that fosters a culture reflective of our CORE Values of Care, Ownership, Respect and Excellence, while at the same time ensuring that our corporate plan is driven and operational procedures and standards are adhered to. You drive to improve business growth and performance to achieve or exceed financial goals as set out in the budget.
This position requires an advanced level of initiative and judgment to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects. You will embrace innovation and be motivated to drive growth adopting an agile approach and being pragmatic in application. You are always driving to the big picture, even while worrying about the details. You love collaborating with others, understanding that that brings better results. You look hard problems in the eye, and figure out how to solve them.
