Job summary

Freshslice Pizza is seeking a District Manager to support and advise franchise stores, ensuring adherence to Freshslice standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will guide store teams to drive growth across all Freshslice locations through leadership and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities include conducting store visits, setting sales targets, monitoring metrics, and managing budgets and inventory to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience managing at least two stores, departments or units with a focus on gains/losses, inventory analysis, operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience managing at least two stores, departments or units, in the analysis of gains and losses, inventory analysis, operations and customer service.
• Have at least five years of experience managing a team of six or more, with training and coaching, and excellent leadership and communication skills
• Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
