Distribution Manager – Calgary, AB

We are seeking a skilled Distribution Centre Manager to lead operations at a high-volume facility in Calgary. This leadership role involves overseeing employees across all department's while driving safety, performance, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across warehousing and distribution functions.
• Supervise and support a team of staff, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including fill rate, inventory turns, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and implement cost‑saving initiatives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems and workflows (WMS and ERP/SAP).
• Provide coaching, performance management, and development opportunities for team members.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a senior distribution or warehouse management role.
• Post‑secondary education in Logistics, Business Administration, or Production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS and ERP/SAP systems, including process implementation.
• Proficient in operational planning, cost control, and data analysis.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Experience

• Wholesale distribution or similar high‑volume environments.
• Immediate availability is an asset.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
