Job summary

Canada Life is seeking an Operations Specialist on a one-year contract to help users become more productive with our Salesforce system. You will identify needs, promote best practices, and provide training and support over phone and email.

The role requires bilingual English/French, strong communication, and service desk experience, with the potential for professional growth within a supportive team.

  • Service Desk or Help Desk experience will be considered an asset

In this role you will identify our users’ needs and promote best practices to ensure that users are getting the most out of our technology systems. You will learn our business, learn, and understand our audience, and learn and understand our Canada Life tailored Salesforce system.

This is a one year contract position.

The base salary for this position is between $50,900 - $76,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
