Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to/from the DC.
• Verify receiving documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Complete and maintain reports, logs, and forms.
• Coordinate freight issues with appropriate departments for timely resolution.
• Process driver inbound paperwork and POD for quick turnaround.
• Monitor outbound loads and implement recovery options to maintain on-time service.
• Support holiday planning to maintain service levels during Walmart events.
• Create daily load plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
