Job summary

White Cap is hiring for a distribution centre role in Canada. You will perform order picking, receiving, shipping and returns, along with sorting, stocking and staging of materials in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a HS Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience, and can handle physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy items. Minimum pay starts at $18.30 per hour in BC, with opportunities to grow within the logistics team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks such as sorting, picking, stocking and staging.
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area (racks, shelves, or vehicles).
• Stack or pile materials, such as boxes of products, ladders and pallets.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; ensure correct product location.
• Follow company safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
• Work in a physically demanding environment; lift heavy items and move material as required.
