Stryker is seeking a Distribution Associate I in Waterdown, Ontario. The role supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, restocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control in a GMP environment.

You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain inventory accuracy, and help optimize the flow of goods through the facility. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Formación

• Requires secondary diploma; post-secondary in distribution/logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs reliably.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while handling goods.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, sort, verify, and receive incoming goods according to GMP and procedures.
• Pick, pack, and verify products for accurate shipping.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain records of received, transferred, and shipped products.
• Identify and report discrepancies involving drugs and natural health products to QA.
• Plan and prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain required training and follow SOPs.
• Suggest procedural updates or operational improvements based on daily activities.
