Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily labour tracking and productivity reports.
  • Provide administrative support for distribution management.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
  • Calculate hours and verify invoicing related to temporary agency employees.
  • Issue and track safety boot vouchers and gift cards.
  • Maintain supply of gloves and issue them to departments.
  • Track and update Raving Fan nominations and bulletin boards.
  • Create security badges for new or replacement employees.
  • Schedule classrooms and boardrooms at the distribution centre.
  • File employee payroll and safety paperwork.
  • Assist in collecting Brick bank deposits from the safe.
  • Promote and facilitate social events.
  • Assist management with administrative requests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily labour tracking and daily productivity report for distribution management
  • Provide administrative support for distribution management
  • Assist on special projects as required
  • Calculating hours and verifying invoicing related to temporary agency employees
  • Issue and track safety boot vouchers by employee/department
  • Issue and track Tim Horton’s gift cards for employee birthdays
  • Maintain supply of gloves from supplier, issue gloves to department management
  • Track and update Raving Fan nominations, maintain Raving Fan bulletin boards
  • Track and update STRIVE winners
  • Create security badges for new employees and/or replacement badges
  • Scheduling of classrooms and boardrooms at the distribution centre
  • Filing of all employee payroll/safety paperwork into employee files
  • Assist Brinks guard to collect Brick bank deposits from the safe (opening and closing of safe)
  • Participate in promoting and facilitating building social events such as monthly BBQ’s, anniversary events, raffles, Christmas parties, etc.
  • Maintaining bulletin boards throughout the distribution centre
  • Assist distribution management with all administrative requests such as letters, announcements, posters, etc.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office, data analysis and generation of reports
  • Able to multi-task and solve complex problems
  • Artistic/creative talents would be an asset in order to provide support for social events
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
