Qualifications

• 2–4 years of civil and/or commercial litigation and regulatory experience.
• Experience advising and representing clients before courts and tribunals.
• Strong written and oral advocacy and client-service orientation.

• Advise and represent clients in civil and commercial disputes.
• Assist with regulatory matters and environmental, product liability, and privacy-related issues.
• Advise before BC and Federal courts and various tribunals.
