Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including sorting, pre‑washing, providing pre‑soak solution and bins, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and proper storage of flatware, glassware, plateware, and kitchen utensils and cookware.
• Clean kitchen equipment; sinks, stoves, fridges, etc.
• Ensure the floor is clean and dry at all times.
• Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed.
• Unload pop, food and other items and carry them to proper storage areas as assigned.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• During non‑dishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the line cook team in any food prep or line production required.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Be prepared for all weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hail).
• Must meet the organization grooming and appearance standards.

The starting wage for this role is $18.00.
