Qualifications

• You must be of age of majority or older for licensed venues.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Food Safe certification is preferred.
• WHMIS certificate is an asset.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, utensils and equipment per health and safety regs and cleaning schedules.
• Organize and store dishes/equipment to minimize waste and maximize space.
• Identify ways to reduce kitchen expenses while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Assist with food deliveries or production and ensure proper quantities and measurements follow standards.
