Job summary

Under the Sous Chef’s direction you’ll help ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, with flexible shifts and a commitment to high service quality for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under the Sous Chef.
• Clean and sanitize floors, walls and storage rooms in the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team to maintain health, safety and quality standards.
