Job summary

Destination Owl’s Head in Quebec is seeking a dishwasher to keep our kitchens running smoothly and ensure a high level of cleanliness for guests.

You will wash dishes, operate the dishwasher, and maintain orderly workspaces, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency and quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 20 kg regularly.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain the dishwasher according to procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, including floors and waste management.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies properly.

As a dishwasher, you play a vital role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. By cleaning dishes, equipment, and work areas, you directly contribute to the team’s efficiency and help ensure we meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Thanks to your attention to detail and organizational skills, you help provide a pleasant, high-quality experience for each of our guests.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Washing and putting away dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment;
• Operating and maintaining the dishwasher according to established procedures;
• Keep work areas clean, including floors and waste management;
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in the appropriate locations;
• Use cleaning products safely and in accordance with instructions;
• Perform any other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchens.

PROFILE / REQUIRED SKILLS

• High school diploma (preferred);
• Team player with a positive attitude;
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift;
• Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 20 kg on a regular basis.
