A leading restoration specialist in the Peel Region is seeking a Project Manager. The role involves managing multiple restoration files, conducting on-site estimations, and supervising cleanup crews. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in disaster restoration, a strong understanding of insurance claims, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.
Our client is a Leading Restoration Specialist in the GTA,providing 24-hour response to the personal and property needs of homeowners andcommercial businesses overcoming the devastating property setbacks inflicted byfire, flood, wind and other perils.
As a Project Manage you would be required to managermultiple restoration files at any given time. On site estimation forresidential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule cleanupcrews and equipment. Schedule and supervise sub trades. Meet with Insuranceadjusters and clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided.Manage all contracts.
Professional qualifications and experience required for thejob are as follows. A minimum of three years experience with disasterrestoration contracting. Extensive understanding of insurance claims as theyrelate to restoration. Residential estimating experience with a home builder,renovator or restoration company. Excellent communication and organizationalskills. Computer literate; Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
Compensation: 70,000-100,000 per year (depending on experience) plusGross Margin Bonus, vehicle and health benefits.
