Are you passionate about developing policies and programs that improve the lives of Albertans with disabilities and their families? The Disability Policy and Supports Branch is seeking a collaborative and analytical Program andPolicy Advisor to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives related to provincial disability programs, including the Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) and Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) programs.
In this role, you will conduct research and policy analysis, coordinate projects, prepare strategic briefing materials, and provide evidence-based recommendations that support informed decision‑making. Working closely with internal and external partners, you will contribute to policy initiatives that promote inclusion, independence, and meaningful outcomes for Albertans.

MRS: University graduation in a related field (i.e. Public Policy, Social Sciences, Human Services, Business, Public Administration, or a related discipline) plus 2 years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent as described below.
Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education. The below statement must be included in job ad:

Hours of work are 36.25 hours weekly, Monday to Friday (8:15am to 4:30pm)
Location: Edmonton, AB
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. A current work visa is required.
