Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Administers various DM programs ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Conducts analysis and recommends modifications to policies.
  • Manages relationships with service providers.
  • Acts as a central contact person and SME.
  • Analyzes confidential data and trends for decision-making.
  • Participates in appeals, grievances, or arbitrations.
