As a Director, Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing business targets, delivering net revenue growth, cumulative asset growth, client relationship management and leading digital adoption. You will have an enhanced focus on maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities through key origination tactics and networks. You will deliver net revenue growth by focusing on achieving the team’s net sales target.
What will you do?
Level 6 CISI or CII. Level 4 can be considered if you have extensive experience to complement.
Proven Relationship Management skills, with ability to understand client needs, the knowledge and communication skills to identify and articulate solutions and the integrity to earn the client’s trust.
An extremely detailed and diverse knowledge of business sectors, current business developments, market trends, and financial products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
Acts as a role model and demonstrates a high degree of capacity to drive positive behaviours in team members and colleagues.
