Qualifications

As an IT Director, you’ll be at the heart of the Wealth Management Executive Division’s strategic initiatives, leading a team of passionate managers and collaborating with business partners to design and deliver innovative solutions. Your mission? Influence, transform and create value for our members and clients with effective IT solutions. Your transformational, engaging leadership style, ability to develop talent and build networks will make you a key player in our success.

  • Lead the IT strategy to support the Director of Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance Solutions by helping define IT directions.
  • Be the trusted partner for four business divisions: identify solutions, assess feasibility, optimize costs and maximize IT benefits.
  • Lead and inspire five departments under your responsibility, fostering engagement and performance.
  • Participate in major projects: WMLHI modernization, data and analytics program, transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure IT governance: operational risk management, compliance, security, suppliers and partners.
  • Ensure the delivery of IT solutions for strategic projects, even in a multi-supplier context.
  • Optimize processes to increase efficiency and generate tangible value for our members and clients.
