• 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale operating model and delivery transformations.
• Deep knowledge of lean, flow, and value stream management principles.
• Proven success implementing frameworks for outcome-based delivery and continuous improvement.

• Partner with Domain, Product, and Engineering Leads to establish accountability structures.
