The role includes publishing in top conferences and influencing product roadmaps across Samsung's AI portfolio, while fostering international collaboration and translating breakthroughs into real-world applications for hundreds of millions of users.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years leading advanced AI research post-PhD.
• Deep expertise in vision, multimodal AI, and agentic AI with strong CV foundations.
• Proven publication record in top AI venues.
• Strong programming in C/C++, Python, Java, etc.

Responsabilités

• Build, manage, and lead the AI research team with high-impact outputs.
• Present research findings inside and outside the company.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on strategy.
• Drive innovation programs in AI fields and external collaborations.
• Lead technology pathfinding to inform Samsung's growth.
