Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep architectural understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, microservices, middleware, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments or enterprise delivery/consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Technical Integration consulting team.
• Define and own the overall strategy for customer and partner integrations.
• Serve as the company's most senior technical expert in client and prospect meetings.
• Oversee the development and delivery of all technical specifications and custom integrations.
