Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in a technical, client-facing field; at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep architectural understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, microservices, middleware, and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong 'player-coach' mentality, capable of managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Technical Integration consulting team.
• Define and own the overall strategy for customer and partner integrations.
• Serve as the senior technical expert in client and prospect meetings.
• Oversee the development and delivery of technical specifications and custom integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership.
