A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Director, Strategy & Transformation to drive customer engagement and business strategy. This role involves collaborating with leadership, producing high-quality strategic materials, and leading key initiatives. Candidates should have over 5 years of management consulting experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. The position requires 4 days in office and offers a dynamic work environment.
The Director, Strategy & Transformation plays a critical leadership role in Customer Engagement & Data (CE&D) serves as a thought partner, offering targeted support for our highest strategic priorities and driving customer‑in mindset.
This role will collaborate closely with the CE&D leadership team to ensure that growth strategies are effectively developed, clearly articulated, and well‑aligned with both business and enterprise priorities. The incumbent will also produce high‑quality materials that thoughtfully synthesize and present key qualitative and quantitative insights to senior audiences, including Group Heads and Operating Committees. These materials will support regular reviews, discussions, and decision‑making processes, enabling informed and actionable management activities to drive business growth.
The Customer Engagement & Data (CE&D) team supports Personal Banking and Commercial Banking driving transformational strategy by leveraging the power of data to deliver personalized customer engagement and experiences, market‑leading client acquisition and creating more integrated customer journeys across channels, enabling our product, segment, and regional teams to deepen relationships and drive premium growth.
This role requires 4 days in office with 1 remote day to help foster a collaborative work environment.
