Qualifications
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of working experience in procurement, preferably in the food industry.
Minimum of 5 years management experience within plastic packaging categories.
Experience in negotiating complex multi-year agreements through RFP/RFQ processes.
Responsibilities
Develop long-term purchasing strategies and implement short- to medium-term strategies.
Manage global strategy and negotiation initiatives with local procurement teams.
Lead cost and supply risks for key materials and ensure proper purchasing procedures are followed.
