A leading marketing consultancy in Canada is seeking a Director, Sponsorship Insights & Client Solutions. This role involves managing client relationships and transforming data into impactful strategies for major brands. Globally, thousands of professionals leverage their SaaS-based insights platform, while their consultative solutions guide the biggest brands, rightsholders, and agencies through every step of their sponsorship journey.
We are seeking an experienced and connected client service leader who has a strong understanding of market research as a foundation, specifically primary, customer consumer insight and quantitative research.

As Director, Sponsorship Insights & Client Solutions, you will leverage your deep expertise in market research and a passion for data storytelling, to help brands, properties, and agencies unlock growth opportunities across sports, entertainment, music, arts, causes, and venues.
You will take ownership of key client accounts, serving as the primary strategic lead responsible for leveraging and delivering our client's solutions that support insight-driven decision making. By building trusted relationships and deeply understanding each client’s objectives, you will provide ongoing guidance, craft data-informed sponsorship strategies, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, analytical fluency, and strong interpersonal skills to drive long-term client success and measurable business impact.
As a trusted partner to 100+ organizations in the sport, entertainment, and sponsorship industry, you will be tasked with navigating the market and ensuring that our client continues to be seen as a transparent, actionable, and unbiased source of insights.
