Mount Saint Vincent University invites applications for the Director, School and Child Clinical Psychology Training Clinic. This full-time role leads the new training clinic associated with the PsyD program and reports to the Dean of Education.

You will oversee daily clinic operations, budget and staffing, supervise psychologists and trainees, and build partnerships with schools, health and community services to support children, adolescents, and families.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in school or child-focused clinical psychology, incl. a 1-year predoctoral residency.
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the NSRP.
• Minimum of three years' experience in psychological services for children/adolescents/youth and families.
• Experience supervising graduate students in a university setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the training clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and records.
• Manage clinic budget and procure materials; supervise psychologists and the administrative assistant.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community referral partners.
• Support supervision activities for assessment/intervention practica and contribute to the PsyD training committee.
