McKesson is recruiting a strategic Director, SAP Finance Transformation & Enterprise Solutions to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives across GL, Treasury, and enterprise finance capabilities. The role partners with stakeholders to deliver innovative SAP S/4HANA solutions that improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance technology, finance transformation, enterprise applications, or consulting leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Record to Report and Treasury business processes and supporting technology solutions.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within large, complex enterprises.
• Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Experience with SAP Finance configuration and integrations across MM and SD modules.
• Proven Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise finance technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including development of business cases, investment justification, and value realization frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Define and execute strategic roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and supporting technology platforms.
• Serve as the solution architecture leader for complex finance and treasury initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Build compelling business cases, investment analyses, and value realization strategies that support executive decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders, finance organizations, and technology teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
• Lead large cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, change adoption, and business value realization.
• Oversee integrations between SAP S/4HANA Finance and upstream/downstream business processes, including MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Influence executive stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners to achieve strategic business objectives.

About the Role

McKesson is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, SAP Finance Transformation & Enterprise Solutions to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives across General Ledger, Treasury, and enterprise finance capabilities. This leader will drive business and technology modernization efforts, develop strategic roadmaps, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver innovative SAP S/4HANA solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and business outcomes.

The role combines finance process expertise, solution architecture leadership, transformational program management, and business consulting capabilities to enable McKesson's long-term growth strategy.

What You'll Do

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance technology, finance transformation, enterprise applications, or consulting leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Record to Report and Treasury business processes and supporting technology solutions.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within large, complex enterprises.
• Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Experience with SAP Finance configuration and integrations across MM and SD modules.
• Proven Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise finance technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including development of business cases, investment justification, and value realization frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Consulting experience in business process transformation, operating model design, or corporate strategy.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management, Cash Management, Financial Close, Accounting Operations, and Financial Planning processes.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern architecture frameworks.
• Experience managing strategic technology vendors and system integrators.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or related discipline).
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, or regulated industries.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$126,900 - $169,200
