RONA Foundation is seeking a strategic Director to lead philanthropic operations and drive community impact. You will oversee fundraising, communications, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the VP of Communications and the Foundation Board.

Reporting to the Vice President, Communications, as well as the RONA Foundation Board of Directors, the incumbent will play a key role in the Foundation’s strategic direction. The Director of the RONA Foundation will develop philanthropic strategies and oversee their implementation to maximize the Foundation’s social impact in the communities served by RONA. Through their leadership, they will play a decisive role in centering social responsibility within the organization and ensuring that the Foundation’s actions prioritize concrete and lasting benefits for our communities.
