We are seeking a Director, Risk Management & Investigations (RMI). The Director RMI provides leadership and oversight for a team of specialists who provide risk consultancy, close protection, and investigation services to clients. This includes developing and implementing risk management service lines, business development strategies, and a focus on continuous improvement of client services. The RMI portfolio includes services that identify, assess, and help mitigate threats to client safety, security, and infrastructure, where threats may impact operations, finances, regulatory, or reputational success of the enterprise. Service lines include threat risk assessment, confidential investigations, surveillance, executive protection, and open-source intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting.

The Director works remotely and/or from an SSRG office in Western Canada, with travel across the country as needed. This position reports to the Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. The role generally follows traditional office hours but may require availability during evenings and weekends to respond to urgent client issues, staffing needs, or other matters that arise.
