Overview

The Director Quality Assurance – OEM (Manufacturing, Engineering, and Field Services) is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes across the organization’s manufacturing operations, engineering functions, and field service activities.

This role ensures that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Your role
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the applicable quality and management system standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Support and facilitate the execution of internal and external audits, self -assessments, and manage corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with OEM management team to ensure robust processes are in place to control quality of deliverables.
  • Manage cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure improved processes are supporting the delivery of manufacturing, engineering and field services to the client.
  • Implement feedback loops from field operations to drive product and service improvements.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure customer complaints and service issues are addressed effectively and systematically.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team across multiple functions and site locations.
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Manage assigned project’s QA budget and resource QA/QCI planning.
