Are you passionate about transforming supply chain operations and generating value? TELUS is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Purchasing and Inventory Management to lead critical supply initiatives across our business. This high-impact role blends strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence.
As a key member of our national Supply Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the planning and fulfillment of TELUS products and services across our consumer and security portfolios. We are looking for an exceptional leader and communicator who can champion supply chain excellence, modernize legacy processes, and embrace emerging capabilities—including generative AI—to shape the future of our operations.

As the Director, Purchasing and Inventory Management, you will lead a high-performing team focused on inventory availability and optimization. You will drive simplification, transformation, and innovation—while building a culture rooted in learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $114,000–$170,000. Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 30%.
