A leading fleet management company is seeking a Director of Product Transformation to redefine processes and lead product initiatives in Toronto. The Director, Product Transformation plays a critical role in shaping and operationalizing Element’s end-to-end Fleet Management operating model across the U.S. and Canada. Supporting the SVP, Product Transformation, this role is responsible for defining target‑state processes, operating models, and technology requirements; coordinating implementation and execution across the organization; and ensuring alignment to strategic objectives. As part of this work, the Director serves as the strategic product lead for assigned transformation domains, translating business objectives into an end‑to‑end product vision, roadmap, and launch plan that delivers measurable outcomes for clients, partners, and internal users.
Toronto
The hiring base salary range for this position is $133,400 - $183,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
